Evac Group is looking for a <strong>Documentation Trainee</strong> to support our logistics operations and ensure the highest standards in documentation processes.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a Documentation Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient documentation. You will support Evac’s operational and regulatory goals, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help ensure smooth flows of information across the organization.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Documentation accuracy:</strong> Ensure all documents are accurate, current, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations</p></li><li><p><strong>Document management:</strong> Obtain, maintain, and organize records that support quality assurance, compliance, and operational efficiency</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder collaboration:</strong> Work with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation flows</p></li><li><p><strong>Process improvement:</strong> Develop systems and procedures for efficient document retrieval and management</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Help You Succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Ongoing UAS (University of Applied Sciences) studies in Business, Engineering, or a related field</p></li><li><p><strong>Attention to detail:</strong> Strong organizational skills and accuracy in all tasks</p></li><li><p><strong>Proactive mindset:</strong> Self-motivated with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach</p></li><li><p><strong>Passion for compliance:</strong> Focused on quality, accuracy, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards</p></li><li><p><strong>Language skills:</strong> Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not mandatory</p></li><li><p><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you will be part of a global, sustainability-driven organization where learning, innovation, and professional development are encouraged.
