Join Evac this summer as an <strong>AR Accounting Trainee</strong> and become part of a global team committed to innovation and responsible business.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As an AR Accounting Trainee, you will support our Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day financial operations. You’ll gain practical experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop skills that are essential for a future career in finance.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Bank statement processing:</strong> Booking and matching bank statements with sales invoices</p></li><li><p><strong>Reconciliation:</strong> Supporting AR reconciliation and clearing activities</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer management:</strong> Assisting with AR customer creation and maintaining accurate records</p></li><li><p><strong>Invoice monitoring:</strong> Tracking overdue invoices and supporting follow-up actions</p></li><li><p><strong>Credit notes:</strong> Creating credit notes as needed</p></li><li><p><strong>Intercompany invoicing:</strong> Managing intercompany (IC) invoicing and preparing IC summaries</p></li><li><p><strong>Reporting:</strong> Supporting the preparation of reports for the statistical center</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Help You Succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</p></li><li><p><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and clear communication</p></li><li><p><strong>Mindset:</strong> A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment</p></li><li><p><strong>Systems:</strong> Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage, but not required</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>At Evac, you’ll gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable operations within a supportive and inclusive finance team.
