<p>Hi!</p><p>We are looking for a fast, proactive <strong>freelance recruiter</strong> who can efficiently reach out to candidates, speak with them, and motivate them to provide the needed documentation for our clients’ open positions.</p><p>Your interviewing experience is less important than your speed, persistence, and ability to connect with people. If you are confident on the phone, organised, and able to handle many conversations per day, this role is perfect for you.</p><p>Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential, as you will be contacting candidates across different regions.</p><h3><strong>🎯 Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Contact candidates, follow-up and keep status updated in our ATS.</p></li><li><p>Conduct structured interviews (Spanish/English).</p></li><li><p>Validate job requirements and ensure candidates meet must‑have criteria.</p></li><li><p>Check documentation</p></li><li><p>Prepare short candidate summaries</p></li><li><p>Present qualified candidates to our internal team.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>✔ Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1 year preferred).</p></li><li><p>Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Spanish and English.</p></li><li><p>Structured and organized working style.</p></li><li><p>Able to work remotely, independently, and meet deadlines.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>💰 Compensation</strong></h3><p>We offer a <strong>base hourly rate + performance bonus</strong>:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Base:</strong> $<strong>5/hr</strong>. <br>Expected workload: 2 hours per day.<br></p></li><li><p><strong>Performance bonus:</strong> You earn a bonus for each qualified and validated candidate you present, and the bonus per candidate increases the more candidates you deliver.</p></li></ul><p><em>This model rewards productivity and quality.</em></p><hr><h3><strong>⏱ Availability</strong></h3><p>Flexible, but you must work <strong>within European working hours</strong> and dedicate <strong>at least 2 hours per day</strong>.</p><p></p><p>If you enjoy talking to people, work fast, and like goals that reward your effort, we’d love to hear from you!</p>
