Bliv en del af vores team på udlejningsstationen i Roskilde som Station Agent (37 timer) – sørg for flådeekspertise og ekstraordinær service!

Er du passioneret omkring at arbejde med køretøjer og levere exceptionel kundeservice? Vi søger en motiveret Station Agent, der kan blive en del af vores team og spille en central rolle i at opretholde vores flåde på højeste niveau, samtidig med at du leverer førsteklasses service til vores kunder.

Nøgleansvarsområder:

  • Forberedelse af køretøjer: Sørg for, at køretøjerne er rene og lovlige på vejene.

  • Håndtering af reservationer og lejeaftaler: Behandle reservationer og udarbejde lejeaftaler nøjagtigt og professionelt.

  • Gennemgang og inspektion: Udfør grundige inspektioner ved hjælp af vores tjekliste for at sikre, at alle køretøjer er klar til aflevering til kunderne.

  • Levering og afhentning af køretøjer: Lever og afhent køretøjer i henhold til kundens behov.

  • Identifikation af skader og vedligeholdelse: Vær opmærksom på eventuelle skader eller vedligeholdelsesproblemer, og rapportér disse.

  • Samarbejde med ledelsen: Arbejd tæt sammen med Station Manager for at assistere med alle opgaver, herunder køretøjsbevægelser, kundeservice og forretningsudvikling.

  • Kundeservice: Oprethold et højt serviceniveau, så alle interaktioner er professionelle og lever op til virksomhedens standarder.

Hvad vi søger:

  • Erfaring med salg: Det er et plus, hvis du har erfaring med salg fra tidligere ansættelser.

  • Kørekort B: Du skal til enhver tid være i besiddelse af et gyldigt kørekort.

  • Stærke kundeservicekompetencer: Evnen til at kommunikere professionelt og levere kundeservice i verdensklasse.

  • Stabilitet: Du skal være mødestabil og i stand til at tage selvstændigt ansvar for opgaver.

  • Sprogkompetencer: Du skal beherske både dansk og engelsk mundtligt og skriftligt. Det er et plus, hvis du kan tale et tredje sprog, f.eks. tysk.

Arbejdstiderne er placeret inden for stationens åbningstid, og du kan forvente weekendvagter hver 2. eller 3. weekend. Du bliver en del af en fast vagtplan, der tager højde for både bemandingsbehov og medarbejderønsker. I højsæsoner og ved spidsbelastninger kan der være mulighed for ekstra vagter, hvis du ønsker flere timer.
