We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Night Shift Supervisor for our Brisbane Airport location.

Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability

• Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets

• Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/ or cost to accidents

• Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region

• Exceed and surpass customer service expectations

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures

To be considered, you should possess:

• Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position

• Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience

• Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets

• Experience working with KPIs

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster

• Full drivers license

• Full Australian work rights
