Barselsvikar - Damage Assistant

Skadeafdelingen på Europcars hovedkontor i Aarhus N søger en barselsvikar til stillingen som Damage Assistant. Vi søger en engageret medarbejder, som vil bidrage til at give vores kunder en fremragende serviceoplevelse. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil omfatte:

  • Behandling af bilskader

  • Korrespondance og fremsendelse af billeddokumentation til kunder ifm. nye skader efter endt lejemål

  • Dialog med kunder og kollegaer, primært via e-mail

  • Fremsendelse af skadesdokumentation til internationale samarbejdspartnere

  • Oprettelse og håndtering af skadessager i vores interne IT-system

  • Tæt samarbejde med kolleger i Skadeafdelingen om håndtering af skadesprocesser

Faglige og personlige kvalifikationer:

 

  • Du har eksempelvis afsluttet en gymnasial uddannelse og har interesse for administrativt arbejde, professionsbachelor, Erhvervsakademiuddannelse, et elevforløb indenfor kontor eller haft tidligere erfaring inden for området – Men ikke et krav.

  • Du er mødestabil, systematisk og ansvarsbevidst.

  • Du trives i en travl hverdag med varierende opgaver, som aldrig har en ende.

  • Du behersker både dansk og engelsk flydende – skriftligt og mundtligt.

  • Du har flair for IT-systemer og er lærenem.

  • Barselsvikariat med opstart i løbet af februar 2026 til efteråret 2026 med evt. mulighed for forlængelse

  • En 37-timers stilling med arbejdstid primært fra kl. 08-16 (fredag kl. 08-15:30).
