About this role

Job description

En tant qu’Agent de retours pour l'agence Goldcar de Marseille aéroport, vous serez un véritable ambassadeur de notre marque en prenant le soin de porter les valeurs du Groupe.

Vos missions:

  • Accueillir les clients lors des retours de véhicules; 
  • Renseigner et conseiller les clients sur les véhicules, les prestations, les dispositions contractuelles et les modalités de départ et retour;
  • Modifier et compléter les contrats de location et état des lieux des véhicules;
  • Accompagner le client et appliquer la politique de fidélisation de l’entreprise;
  • Vérifier les véhicules au retour : enregistrement des retours, clôturer les contrats, facturation des dommages éventuels, rapports d’accidents ou de panne ;
  • Appliquer les différentes procédures de sécurité et de contrôle mises en place par la société;
  • Fournir le meilleur service possible en vue de fidéliser la clientèle à la marque;
  • Traiter et régler les éventuels problèmes ou réclamations;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif de la flotte : rapports d’état du parc, suivi des dossiers sinistres;
  • Garantir la bonne communication entre les équipes en toutes circonstances.

Profil recherché:

  • Attaché(e) à la relation client
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et souhaitez l'utiliser au quotidien
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'équipe
  • Capable de travailler le week-end/jours fériés et en shift (horaires décalés)
  • Permis B en cours de validité
