In this internship, you will join the HR Administration team and support a wide range of administrative processes that keep our HR operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, sending documents to external providers, responding to basic tickets in the time & attendance system, issuing certificates, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee-related documentation. You will also support general business operations by providing various administrative services across the department.
This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in HR administration within a global financial infrastructure company, develop strong organizational skills, and learn how different HR processes connect with broader business operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you in your daily tasks.
