<p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>Reporting to the Lead of Chinese Speech and Drama, you will design, develop and implement high quality enrichment programmes that meet the learning needs of children. You will also be expected to take on curriculum duties. </span></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver engaging and interactive Chinese Speech and Drama lessons, as well as Mandarin classes, tailored for preschool children.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate in curriculum planning and development to ensure alignment with educational objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and meticulously document students' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback where necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their children's progress and achievements in class.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational advancement of the school.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in a minimum of 2 mandatory training sessions per term to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize Class Dojo Application to provide regular updates and insights to parents after each lesson.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least <span style="">tertiary education qualification, certification in Mandarin education, Chinese Speech and Drama, or equivalent.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Possess a minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience, specifically with children aged 3 to 6 years old.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Previous experience and training in Chinese language instruction, music and movement, as well as speech and drama, are highly desirable.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Demonstrated passion for education, particularly with preschool-aged children, with a preference for candidates enthusiastic about arts and drama.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Required to work on 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="">Excellent command of Mandarin, with fluency in both spoken and written forms. Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities are essential.</span></p></li></ul>
