Employees Benefits & Insurance Manager

This role is responsible for implementing, and communicating innovative benefits and recognition programmes that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller, capable of translating data and insights into powerful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Accountabilities Craft compelling narratives and presentations that bring benefits strategies to life. Present proposals and programme outcomes to senior leadership, securing buy-in and alignment with strategic objectives. Develop visually engaging PowerPoint decks and executive summaries tailored to different audiences. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Master's degree or certification in employee benefit insurance is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits with a strong insurance focus, preferably within large, matrixed organisations. Proven ability to present to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency. Experience in aviation, hospitality, or global organisations is highly desirable. Manage cross-functional projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure governance and documentation of all benefits policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Policies team. Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
