About this role
Manage accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all controlled manuals and process documentation. Provide technical leadership to Technical Writer Officers, fostering expertise, professional growth, and operational excellence within the Operations Documentation team. Manage documentation evidence for internal and external audits (GCAA, IOSA); maintain audit trails and compliance records. Bachelor's degree in Science, Aviation, Engineering, Technical Communication, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in aviation technical writing, documentation management, or flight operations support. Proven hands-on administration of aviation CDMS (Comply365's DocuNet) and OEM authoring tools (NAVBLUE Mission+, Adobe FrameMaker/IXP). Demonstrated experience in the implementation of document management system projects. Experience supporting audit preparation and working with regulatory requirements. Prior mentoring or leadership experience in aviation documentation teams preferred.
