Business Development Officer - Cargo Contracts

Support sourcing initiatives and RFP processes involving third‑party suppliers at both new and existing stations, ensuring all contractual documentation, approvals, renewals, and compliance requirements are properly managed and governed. Facilitate and oversee supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that contractual obligations, operational readiness, and required training are completed, documented, and retained in line with established policies. Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Customer Experience function, translating data into actionable insights and visual dashboards to support decision‑making and executive presentations. Bachelor's degree in a commercial or related discipline. Further education in logistics/aviation management is an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the airline or cargo industry. Understanding of cargo commercial & operations processes and industry standards. Experience in business analysis within the aviation industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint- with advanced capabilities in structuring presentations. Data visualization and reporting skills; ability to build clear, executive-ready presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
