Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden der Schule zur Schaffung und Pflege eines guen Schulklimas
Individuelle Betreuung von Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie deren Eltern
Beratung von Lehrpersonen und der Schuldirektion in sozialen und sozialpädagogischen Fragen
Prävention und Früherkennung von schwierigen Situationen sowie die Erarbeitung von Lösungen im sozialen Bereich
Zusammenarbeit mit Institutionen innerhalb und ausserhalb der Schule

Gewünschtes Profil

Bachelorabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit einer anerkannten Hochschule (Uni, FHS) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Initiative, humorvolle und belastbare Persönlichkeit
Integrations-, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit
Erfahrung in systemischer Arbeit
Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache
