Ihre Aufgaben
Tätigkeitsgebiet:
- verantwortlich für die Qualität des Schulbetriebs und es erteilten Unterrichts sowie für die pädagogische, didaktische, erzieherische und organisatorische Entwicklung der Schulen im Schulinspektoratskreis 11
- als Vorgesetzte/r Aufsicht und Beratung der Schuldirektionen der Primar- und Orientierungsschulen gemäss den reglementarischen Bestimmungen
- Leitung von Konferenzen und Sitzungen, Dossierverantwortung gemäss Verteilung durch die Amtsleitung
- koordinierte Umsetzung und Evaluation kantonaler Projekte und Konzepte
- Vertretung der BKAD oder des Amts in kantonalen und ausserkantonalen Arbeitsgruppen
Gewünschtes Profil
- Primarschullehrdiplom (Bachelor) oder universitäre Ausbildung auf Masterstufe
- Ergänzende Ausbildung in Schulführung (CAS) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mind. 8 Jahre Unterrichtstätigkeit und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Personalführung und Verwaltung
- Kommunikative und innovative Persönlichkeit
- Belastbarkeit, Integrität, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
- Führerschein erforderlich
- Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der französischen Sprache
