We have Casual opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses, Personal Care Workers and Food Service Assistants.

Estia Health Ardeer is a welcoming aged care home located in Melbourne’s west, offering a supportive and close-knit team environment where staff are valued and supported. Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

Registered Nurses (RN) 

• Current AHPRA registration

• Relevant Registered Nurse experience (aged care preferred)

Personal Care Workers (PCW/PCA)

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)

• Experience delivering personal care in an aged care or similar setting

Food Service Assistants (FSA)

• Current Food Handling Certificate

• Experience in food service or hospitality

All roles

• Genuine commitment to caring for older people

• Relevant experience aligned to the role applied for
