About the Role

Estia Health Grovedale is a welcoming aged care home in Geelong’s south, offering a supportive team environment where staff are valued. The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, playing a key role in creating a friendly and professional front-of-house experience.

With modern facilities and a strong focus on teamwork, Grovedale provides a positive workplace where customer service, organisation and clear communication are highly valued. Conveniently located close to shops, amenities and public transport, the home has strong community connections and a genuine focus on resident wellbeing.

This is a Permanent Part Time position, working 4 days per week (30.4 hrs)

You’ll be a team player who:

• Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
• Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc
• Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families
• Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
• Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
• Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
