Administrador punto de venta- Medellin

Acerca del rol:  Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Administrador(a) para nuestro punto de venta en Punto Clave Medellín. Esta posición es fundamental para asegurar el adecuado cumplimiento de los procesos del AES, garantizar el manejo eficiente del equipo de trabajo y velar por el logro del presupuesto de ventas establecido.

Que harás:

Serás responsable de la administración integral del punto de venta asignado. Realizarás seguimiento continuo a los KPIs del negocio para asegurar su cumplimiento y liderarás el acompañamiento al equipo a tu cargo, potenciando su gestión comercial. Garantizarás el logro de los objetivos mediante altos estándares de calidad, operación y servicio al cliente.

A quién buscamos:

Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en áreas administrativas. Debes contar con experiencia mínima de 6 meses liderando equipos, destacándote por tu orientación al logro, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y sólidas habilidades de liderazgo. Manejar adecuadamente procesos de inventarios y enfoque en la calidad del servicio.
