Sales Executive
 

Lidera la gestión comercial de los clientes a cargo con responsabilidad de cobertura en la zona definida por GTM, enfocado hacia la venta de manera rentable y la ejecución en campo de las estrategias de las marcas, gestionando los fundamentales de la venta tales como: Distribución Numérica, Portafolio, Referencias Claves, Presupuestos Sell In y Sell Out.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar el presupuesto asignado en la zona a cargo, con los clientes asignados.

  • Administrar y gestionar los procesos de la venta establecidos en la transacción comercial teles cómo: gestión del recaudo, gestión del PPTO asignado en la zona, gestión del margen de contribución objetivo de la zona, planeación del Sell In y Sell Out, despliegue de actividades y dinámicas de las marcas, seguimiento y Liquidación de NC, ejecución de las negociaciones aprobadas para clientes.

  • Supervisar y adaptar las actividades de ventas de forma regular para que se cumplan los objetivos.

  • Visita a clientes existentes (Plan de Trabajo Ruta) y prospectos de acuerdo con las pautas y control del modelo GTM y los procesos de ventas existentes.

  • Llevar a cabo la capacitación/consultoría adecuada.

  • Responder a las consultas de los clientes.

Quien eres:

  • Profesional en Administración u otras áreas comerciales.

  • Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en compañías de consumo masivo, en el manejo del canal autoservicio y tradicional (TAT). Adicionalmente en manejo de presupuestos, presentación de informes y análisis de información para generar seguimiento a indicadores.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia de la zona: Boyacá

  • Manejo de Excel Alto (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).

  • Importante que cuente con un medio de transporte.

  • Debe vivir en Duitama.
