About the Role
Essity Professional Hygiene North America is seeking a Second Shift Packer to join our team at our Bordentown, NJ facility. The second shift operates Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

What You Will Do
An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others too
Run the machine and watch the process and if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.
Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required. Or
der and prepare raw materials / or products for palletizing and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine
Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
Support others in operating activities Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting or blocking if necessary
Complete all required documentation and data files during production
Who You Are
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of equipment
Exposure to operating basic machinery, handling tools, or performing simple tasks on a production line is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Compensation
Payrate is $16.00. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
