Operation Assistant
Acerca del Rol
Administrar el Transporte de carga, semielaborado, materia prima, repuestos; local de importaciones y exportaciones bajo el requerimiento de los distintos almacenes para garantizar la satisfacción del Cliente Interno.
Que harás
Ejecución a la planificación de vehículos de carga para transportar los diferentes materiales con el fin de cumplir con los requerimientos de clientes internos y externos
Revisión de los pagos generados por parte de facturación del área de Logística con la finalidad de que se asignen valores a cada transporte generado.
Gestión de documentación interna correspondiente al área.
Digitar y controlar actividades de flota propia.
A quién buscamos
Tecnología o Ingeniería en Logística o afines
Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones similares
Excel avanzado y SAP (preferible)
Conocimiento en normativa y legislación de transporte pesado de carga.

- The Operation Assistant will manage the transportation of various materials to meet internal and external customer requirements. Responsibilities include planning vehicle logistics, reviewing billing payments, and managing internal documentation.
