About the Role
Estamos buscando Manufacturing Capability Leader (Temporal) para nuestra planta en Sahagún, Hidalgo. Esta posición tiene como objetivo garantizar la correcta ejecución del plan anual de capacitación, asegurando interacción efectiva con todas las áreas, comunicación clara y priorización de actividades para cumplir con estándares internos, regulatorios y auditorías.
What You Will Do
- Diseñar y dar seguimiento al plan anual de capacitación.
- Coordinar instructores internos y externos, validando competencias.
- Administrar presupuesto y recursos para programas de formación.
- Preparar documentación para auditorías internas y externas (ISO, IATF).
- Monitorear KPIs de capacitación y generar reportes periódicos.
- Gestionar plataformas LMS y registros de entrenamiento.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua en procesos de capacitación.
Who You Are
- Profesional orientado a la ejecución y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Con habilidades de comunicación abierta y clara para interactuar con diferentes áreas.
- Capacidad para priorizar y organizar múltiples proyectos.
- Actitud colaborativa y apertura al trabajo en equipo.
- Experiencia en gestión de capacitación en entornos industriales.
- Conocimiento en normativas de calidad y auditorías (ISO, IATF).
- Manejo de plataformas LMS y herramientas de formación.
- Deseable inglés intermedio.

What you'll do
- Design and monitor the annual training plan while coordinating internal and external instructors. Manage the budget and resources for training programs and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
