About this role

Técnico de Soporte de TI en Sitio- Funza

Acerca del rol:  El Técnico de Soporte de TI en Sitio será responsable de brindar soporte técnico presencial a los colaboradores, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos, sistemas y herramientas tecnológicas de la organización.

Que harás:

  • Instalar, configurar y mantener equipos tecnológicos (hardware y software).

  • Diagnosticar y solucionar incidentes relacionados con hardware, software y conectividad.

  • Verificar, actualizar y configurar sistemas y aplicaciones corporativas.

  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios en tareas relacionadas con Tecnologías de la Información.

  • Configurar y realizar mantenimiento a sistemas operativos Windows, paquete Microsoft Office, dispositivos Android y dispositivos iOS.

  • Instalar, probar y evaluar nuevas aplicaciones antes de su implementación en los sistemas.

  • Administrar y actualizar el inventario de hardware.

  • Atender y gestionar tickets de soporte a través del sistema ServEss.

  • Controlar insumos y realizar mantenimiento básico de impresoras.

  • Ejecutar actividades de troubleshooting para la identificación y resolución de fallas.

  • Configurar perfiles de usuario, correos electrónicos y accesos para nuevos ingresos.

A quién buscamos:

  • Técnico o Tecnólogo en Informática, Sistemas, Redes o Telecomunicaciones.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en roles de soporte en Tecnologías de la Información.

  • Conocimientos en: Hardware y software (computadores, dispositivos móviles y periféricos), Sistemas operativos Windows, herramientas Microsoft, Redes y conectividad.
