What You Will Do
- Safety & Housekeeping Leadership: Lead by example and actively participate in safety and housekeeping improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Drive projects that enhance productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring proper prioritization and execution.
- Production Skills Development: Learn troubleshooting techniques and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
- Technical Mastery: Improve technical skills through the Manufacturing Academy and targeted learning opportunities.
- Process Control & TPM: Work on key areas to ensure efficient and reliable production processes.
- Networking: Build a professional network by connecting with peers and other graduate engineers across Essity.
- Data Analysis: Observe production processes, collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly; familiarity with process control and TPM is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
