Acerca del Rol
Estamos buscando un Comprador/a para cubrir una baja temporal de 8-9 meses, en nuestra planta de Allo.
Este rol es responsable de comprar bienes y servicios (especialmente CAPEX) en distintas ubicaciones (plantas, fábricas u oficinas), ejecutando tareas tácticas de compras según la estrategia y asegurando una gestión de datos maestros de alta calidad.
Responsabilidades del puesto
Gestión de riesgos y negociación: Liderar negociaciones complejas y análisis de riesgos contractuales, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas.
Clarificación de requerimientos: Alinear especificaciones con solicitantes y gestionar solicitudes puntuales (free-text).
Optimización de procesos: Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua, organizar pruebas, implementar cambios de proveedores y hacer seguimiento de ahorros.
Selección de proveedores: Identificar proveedores según instrucciones de categoría y ejecutar compras rápidas.
Cumplimiento normativo: Garantizar la conformidad con procedimientos internos y políticas financieras.
Relaciones sostenibles: Construir vínculos sólidos con proveedores y mantener datos maestros actualizados.
Quién eres
Título universitario o formación equivalente en áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en compras, negociaciones y gestión de categorías, preferentemente en entornos industriales.
Dominio de herramientas como Excel, SAP y Ariba.
Habilidades interpersonales: negociación, proactividad, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de persuasión.
Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
