Dein Profil:
Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig
Du hast handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an physikalischen und chemischen Prozessen
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und bist motiviert
Du hast kein Problem in Schichten zu arbeiten

Deine Aufgaben:
Überwaschung und Steuerung einer unserer fußballfeldgroßen Wattemaschinen
Reinigung und Wartung der Maschine
Entnahme von Stoffproben und Qualitätskontrolle im Labor
Ursachenerkennung und Beseitigung von Störungen
Wie du lernst:
3 Jahre – falls du sehr gute Leistungen hast, kannst du auf 2,5 Jahre verkürzen
Theorie im Papierzentrum Gernsbach – die Kosten für die Unterbringung übernehmen wir
Praxis in unserem Ausbildungszentrum und in unseren Produktionsbereichen an „deiner“ Maschine
Deine Vergütung:
1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.109,31€ brutto
2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.164,19 € brutto
3. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.221,00 € brutto
Außerdem gibt es bei uns Urlaubsgeld, ein 13. Monatsgehalt und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
