Dein Profil:
Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig
Du packst gerne mit an und interessierst dich für technische und handwerkliche Themen
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und bist motiviert
Du bist bereit im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten um mit deinen Kolleginnen unsere Produktion am Laufen zu halten

Deine Aufgaben:
Überwachung der Produktion und Steuerung des Materialflusses
Bedienung unserer Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen
Reinigung der Anlagen und Vorbereitung der Arbeitsabläufe
Überprüfung der Qualität unserer Produkte
Wie du lernst:
Nach 2 Jahren hast du eine anerkannte Ausbildung
Theorie an der Berufsschule in Düsseldorf
Praxis in unserem Ausbildungszentrum und in unseren Produktionsbereichen an „deiner“ Maschine
Deine Vergütung:
1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.109,31 € brutto
2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.164,19 € brutto
Außerdem gibt es bei uns Urlaubsgeld, ein 13. Monatsgehalt und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
