Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Square is a private duty home care. We are currently seeking EXTRORDINARY, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions to join our team. As an IHS Companion you will provide dedicated one on one patient care, on our beautiful, upscale campus. We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week. Previous companion experience is preferred. Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week. DUTIES:
- Housekeeping
- Shopping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Laundry, ironing
- Pet Care, Such as walking dogs, litter box care, and pet supply shopping
- Companionship and entertainment
- Home organization and season decorating
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the I.H.S Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has excellent observation and communication skills
- Overnight availability
- Flexibility in availability and scheduling

What you'll do
- As an IHS Companion, you will provide dedicated one-on-one patient care and assist with various tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. You will also be responsible for pet care and other duties as assigned by the I.H.S Administrator.
