About the role
We are currently recruiting a Senior Stakeholder Specialist to join the Stakeholder Relations team.
This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint.
The Senior Stakeholder Specialist strengthens Essential Energy’s reputation by identifying opportunities to engage with key stakeholders, managing external relationships, and preparing high‑quality materials that support effective engagement. They respond to stakeholder enquiries, deliver on agreed engagement priorities, and provide strategic advice on engagement approaches, content, and delivery. Through all aspects of their work, they ensure that Essential Energy’s external engagement is purposeful, targeted, and aligned with the organisation’s corporate priorities.

We offer competitive remuneration, starting from $139,192 per annum plus 16.% super commensurate on a 9 day fortnight, salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
