About this role
Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a CRNA to join our team at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas.
Position Highlights:
- $410,000 1099
- 10 weeks off
- CRNA-only facility; great opportunity to work with full autonomy and continue to develop your skills!
- Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily
- Call is beeper from home; 1:6 with post-call day off
- Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gen, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology.
- New grads are welcome to apply!

- Board certified

- Pratt is situated in Southern Central Kansas only 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over 1 hour from Dodge City. It’s known for its family-friendly feel, affordable cost of living and preservation of western history.
- Pratt is home to a local movie theater, several grocery store options, coffee shops, hometown boutiques, newly built pickleball courts and a family-owned fitness center. During the summer you can also enjoy the large public water park that was newly built in 2023.

What you'll do
- The CRNA will provide anesthesia services at Pratt Regional Medical Center, working with a team of CRNAs. The role includes managing a diverse case mix and providing care with full autonomy.
