PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Our Ideal Candidate: An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.
Team Composition: Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20+ full-time hospitalists and NP support.
Hospital Information: 140 Beds, Closed ICU
Patient Load: Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist.
Procedures: No procedures required.
Support: Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support.
Shift: Daytime Hospitalist
Scheduling: 7/7 on & off. Flexible shifts and scheduling options.
REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE Internal Medicine
BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship
LOCATION
Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Community: Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.
Service Area: Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
COMPENSATION
$351,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
