
· Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the Group Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment activities in line with the company’s AOP and workforce plans
- Act as a local HR partner by providing input on job requirements, local market insights, and hiring needs
- Support recruitment processes led by Group TA, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and feedback as required
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies
- Support smooth onboarding of new hires in collaboration with Group TA and relevant stakeholders
· Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing for 5 entities and ensure accuracy
- Design and administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies to employees
- Collaborate with Finance team to manage compensation budgets
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
· Learning & Development
- Develop and deliver training program
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training
- Facilitate workshops and seminars
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
- Maintain and update employee’s training records via BIPO
· Employee Engagement
- Lead and support action planning to create better working environment
- Support employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results with ESG team
- Organize team-building activities and events (e.g. workshop, Year-end Party, ESG activities)
• Employee Relations
- Ensure to complying of all employment – related laws and initiate changes of employment practices and HR policies with changes in labor law and business strategies
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends
- Advise managers on performance management and employee relations best practices
· HR Operations
- Oversee day-to day HR operations
- Manage HR system / employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on talent acquisition, C&B, or HR operations
· In-depth knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations
· Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken
