The candidate will play a key role in our procure-to-pay process, ensuring vendor bills are recorded accurately, and paid timely.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable using CashFlow360 (bill.com module) and NetSuite
Processing vendor bills for all practice locations and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes and providing feedback on improvement opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Comparing prices, terms of payment, and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling vendor balances
Assist with the integration of acquired practices as it relates to accounts payable
Assist Human Resources team with payroll processing
Education/License Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting a plus, but not required
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
Multi-site experience preferred
Dental experience preferred
Payroll experience preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Skills Requirements:
Detail orientated with a sense of urgency and ownership
Highly organized with ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a “get it done” and “get it right” attitude
Willingness to learn and flourish in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
