Job description
The Certifications & Regulations Program is a long term initiative covering the
implementation of product & services regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications that impact the organization.
The program functions as an “umbrella” for several smaller activities — the student will manage multiple projects within this structure and actively contribute to improving the organization’s readiness for compliance.
- Manage projects focused on the implementation of technical regulatory and certification requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage individual activities within the program.
Project Administration & Delivery:
- Maintain the backlog and track the progress of individual tasks.
- Ensure project status updates and support regular reporting cycles.
- Track and report KPIs including ontime delivery and budget adherence.
- Facilitate selected meetings (standups, status meetings, reviews).
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate communication with the main Program Owner for Certifications & Regulations and with the steering group.
- Prepare and occasionally present project status updates for internal management.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across the project.
- Work within a hybrid project model (a combination of Agile and internal PMO practices).
- Follow internal Project Management Guidelines and collaborate with the CPMO.
- Take responsibility for selected reporting areas (e.g., time tracking).
- Develop clear summaries, tables, or Power BI visualizations where needed.
- Copilot and other AI chatbots/agents
- Internal systems and tools used for time tracking, backlog management, and compliance processes
Requirements – What You Bring
- Active university studies (technical, IT, business, or related fields).
- Previous experience with project management (student projects, organizations, school assignments).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; strong organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly navigate complex topics.
- Proactivity, independence, and the ability to take ownership of a project.
- English B2/C1 and Slovak (communication with local stakeholders).
- Experience with AI prompting (especially deep-research/analysis functionalities)
- Experience with JIRA / Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and eazyBI.
- Maturity in decisionmaking and ability to propose implementation approaches.
- Responsibility and the ability to deliver results even under higher workload.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, ask questions, move things forward, and handle complex challenges without hesitation.
- Minimum 2 MD / week (approximately 16 hours).
- Ability to partially adapt working hours to school schedule if tasks are prepare and communication is timely.
Basic wage component (brutto): from 7 EUR/hour
*The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate
