What you'll do:
Machine Learning
Model Development: Designing, building, and training ML models using various algorithms and frameworks.
Deployment: Implementing ML models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, unbiased and fair.
Generative AI
Development: Design and implement AI-powered tools and services that expose LLM capabilities for use by internal systems and external customers.
Deployment: Deploy and manage large language models (open-source and/or commercial) in production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Prompt Engineering: : Design, test, and refine prompts, chains, and system instructions to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs.
Collaboration & Operations
Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitoring model performance and making necessary updates or improvements.
Collaboration: Working with data scientists, software engineers, business analytics and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.
Documentation: Writing clear documentation for models, processes, and systems to ensure reproducibility and ease of understanding.
Research and Innovation: Staying updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI, and experimenting with new techniques and tools.

Our ideal colleague is/has:
Python developer with at least 1 year of experience
Active English (B2 level)
Strong interest in Generative AI and prompt engineering
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as Keras, Tensorflow, scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Pydentic AI, LangChain familiarity is considered a plus
Awareness of software engineering best practices
Motivated, proactive and self-confident
Eager to learn and continuously improve skills
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 500 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
