Scope of Work/Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>a) Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design solution components and the UIUX using the prescribed approach and tools to satisfy business requirements.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>b) Develop, test and maintain the assigned requirements including front-end and back-end components. This includes, but is not limited to, Power Apps objects (both MDA and canvas), Power Automate flows, Azure Data flows, Dataverse models, SharePoint assets, custom connectors, APIs, and plug-ins.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>c) Provide support in merging and packaging solutions for deployments on CICD pipelines.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>d) Tune solution components performance.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>e) Collaborate with the other members of the team on effort estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>f) Resolve issues, bugs, and security vulnerability findings.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>g) Facilitate migration of data for solution components that originate from existing solution or offline data.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>h) Study the existing solutions components and optimize the design and execution to improve user experience.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>i) Facilitate demos and User Acceptance Testing for deliverables assigned.</span></p><p><strong>💼How can you contribute to the team? </strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>a) Education and Work Experience</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in digital transformation and system design with a focus on complex data structures, which the last 5 years are related to the use of Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics in solutions development.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Minimum of 3 years of experience on an agile delivery project.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Experience in Agile project management is an advantage.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>b) Technical Knowledge</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Experience with developing AI components is an advantage.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>c) Soft Skills</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Has excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>d) Tools/Software</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Proficient in the use of ADO</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>· Experience in working with enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or its open-source counterpart is an advantage.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>b) Certification (if applicable)</span></p><p><span>Certification on Power Platform Developer is desired.</span><strong><br></strong></p>
