This role focuses on developing scalable data models, Power BI dashboards, and advanced analytics products that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into impactful analytics solutions. </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics</strong>, or related field</p></li><li><p><strong>10+ years</strong> experience in analytics, including data engineering and visualization</p></li><li><p><strong>5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M language)</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience designing and managing <strong>ETL/data transformation pipelines</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience working in <strong>Agile delivery environments (minimum 3 years)</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with <strong>AI/advanced analytics components</strong></p></li><li><p>Background in <strong>data warehousing or data lake environments</strong></p></li><li><p>Exposure to <strong>Azure DevOps (ADO)</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>GIS platforms</strong></p></li><li><p>Microsoft certifications such as <strong>Power BI Data Analyst</strong> or <strong>Azure Data Analyst Associate</strong></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>💼How can you contribute to the team? </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end analytics solutions using <strong>Microsoft Power Platform (primarily Power BI)</strong></p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain <strong>data models, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers</strong> from multiple data sources</p></li><li><p>Optimize <strong>query performance</strong> and ensure efficient data structures</p></li><li><p>Create and monitor <strong>data quality dashboards</strong> and resolve data issues with technical and business teams</p></li><li><p>Implement <strong>Row-Level Security (RLS)</strong> and manage BI user access models</p></li><li><p>Develop <strong>reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics apps</strong></p></li><li><p>Deliver <strong>advanced analytics solutions</strong> such as forecasting and predictive models</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders on <strong>UI/UX best practices for dashboards</strong></p></li><li><p>Support <strong>UAT, stakeholder demos, user training, and post-deployment support</strong></p></li><li><p>Contribute to <strong>data governance, integration, and data sharing practices</strong></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Ortigas, Mandaluyong City</p><p><strong>Work Setup: </strong>Hybrid, <span>reporting onsite as required.
