THE ROLE PROFILE 

  • You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition through to interview and offer for consultant hires in India.

  • Support & guide hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, develop and execute sourcing strategy and manage a hiring experience that focuses on user experience whilst ensuring we secure the best talent. 

  • Partner with in country and global leaders on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring using both internal and external data and insights to drive results and engagement. 

  • Ensure that all recruitment is diligently managed on applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure accurate and real time reporting. 

  • Proactively develop talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.

  • Produce monthly management packs and weekly recruitment updated to ensure all parties are fully updated on hiring progress, success, barriers and solutions to overcome.

  • Support on operational projects where required.

  • Ensure compliance to local data protection requirements, employment law and equal opportunities monitoring and philosophy.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about Talent Acquisition, and the impact it has on the organisation goals. Be focused on delivering a best in class and continuously improving recruitment experience for Hiring Managers and candidates alike. 

  • An experienced recruiter, ideally with a balance of search and internal hiring within a matrix organisation.

  • Experience & knowledge of the sustainability market.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to sell the story and vision of the company and engage talent to join our mission.

  • Excellent engagement and stakeholder management, ability to truly partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to forge strong working relationships and achieve shared hiring goals.

  • A creative approach, able to build the brand and develop robust hiring strategies.

  • A solution driven mindset, able to identify and remove barriers to successful delivery.

  • Demonstrate a mastery of organisational skills and agility to adapt to a changing and developing role as the business evolves.

  • An affinity for data and research-based approach to source talent and leverage data to influence staff/hiring decisions 

  • Proficiency to present data, insights and tell the story to senior leadership and HR partners.

  • Prior experience in technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial.
