Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering. The successful applicant must have deep technical skills, expertise, and experience in radio-network design and optimization, including a track record of consulting activities with customers. Minimum 10 years of experience in radio access network design and optimization, recognized as a top technical expert in their area of expertise within their company, Strong analytical skills. Passionate about growing in ML and Artificial Intelligence areas. Deep NDO expertise in 5G and 4G. It would be an advantage also to know Cloud-RAN and/or O-RAN. Experienced level of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies. Hands-on Experience would be highly regarded. Descent Experience in Python coding is mandatory, where source control via Git and GenAI Knowledge would be a plus. Deep Data Analytics knowledge and advanced deductive analytical logic skills (statistical analysis, statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze data, data correlation) would be highly regarded.
