About this role
- Support Power BI dashboard development, including data modeling, report creation, and visualization 2. Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business needs 3. Assist in JIRA configuration and administration, including workflows, issue types, dashboards, and permissions 4. Support daily tool maintenance and user support for JIRA-related requests 5. Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting or tool solutions 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields 2. Basic knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling is a plus) 3. Familiar with JIRA or other project management tools (hands-on experience preferred) 4. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts 5.
