About this role
5-6 years of experience as Senior Data Analyst in Telecom/IT Service Operations. Strong understanding of Telecom or IT Service Operations. Advance Data exploration, storytelling, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL, eTOM, and TM Forum (ANO) process framework. Applied Mathematics & Statistics & must have master's degree in mathematics or Statistics. Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP BI, GCP, and Tableau.
