Mentor and groom Solution Integrator/New Joiners Must have Telecom domain knowledge Good Troubleshooting knowledge with n/w & surrounding systems Maintaining business configuration as per business needs Good communication & Negotiation Skills and good cultural awareness ITIL knowledge is strong plus Interaction with business on day to day operational issues Stakeholder management Exposure to multi-vendor / multi-technology / multi-customer integration Should have prior experience in deployments/release
