Location:
Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!
Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, every other weekend, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Compensation: commensurate for experience between $15.50 - $18.00 hourly.

How you will make an impact
- Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
- Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
- May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.
- Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
- Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.
What you will need
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping.
- Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
- Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Ability to lead a team
