Position Summary:

We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) - Commercial to join our IT team. This role reports to the Director of IT Business Relationship Management and requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions across the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the trusted IT partner for Sales, Service, and Marketing departments, building strong relationships. 
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define priorities and develop a technology roadmap that supports business objectives. 
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards. 
  • Identify and outline solutions to business challenges, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth. 
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery of projects. 
  • Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. 
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to prioritize new initiatives and requests against the existing commercia portfolio.
  • Collaborate with technical developers and administrators to implement enhancements and customizations.
  • Stay current with releases and new features of enterprise applications to advise key stakeholders on improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support users when needed.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years in IT, Business Analysis, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and functionality.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce.
  • Process Mapping (Visio)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management, agile Methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Commerce Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications (Preferred).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion is optional but preferred.
