ELS is hiring for the position of Director - Membership Sales in Scottsdale, Arizona.About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead membership sales, annual sales and develop digital and customer journey strategies across our eastern region. You’ll oversee regional managers and property-level teams, driving revenue and customer satisfaction while ensuring our sales and marketing strategies stay current, creative, and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate sales teams across the region to achieve and exceed membership and annual sales goals.
- Develop both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor, coach, and develop regional sales managers to strengthen leadership, execution, and team performance.
- Drive operational excellence by improving lead generation, follow-up, and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Research competitive markets to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Take on additional projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
- Travel throughout the region to visit properties, conduct audits, and support onsite teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in membership, annual sales, vacation ownership, real estate or subscription business models.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead large, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:
Bi-Weekly Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
