We’re hiring a Product Line Support Manager for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 


The Product Line Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, feedback, and strategy of service best practices related to the product line OEMs (aerial, dirt, advanced solutions, compaction/tooling, engine and components). This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure other projects and product lines meet expectations and needs.


Primary Responsibilities



  • Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks. 

  • Ensuring all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements. 

  • Responsible for a collection of products that share similar functionalities or target the same customer segment.

  • Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

  • Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives.

  • Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare

Education and Experience



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.

  • At least 10 years of Diesel Technical experience 


Physical Requirements



  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

  • Must be able to at times lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
