Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and auditing various types of documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards and guidelines. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our processes and ensuring high-quality outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and audit documents, reports, and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings and actions taken.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify the authenticity and validity of information by cross referencing across multiple systems.
  • Respond to regional mailbox, supporting requests from club management and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
  • Ability to work manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinker with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative, and professional courteous working relationships with your team and colleagues.

Pay Transparency: $22/HR
