Job Summary:

Acquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks, using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.


Responsibilities

Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance

· Performs basic preventative maintenance checks on-site to non-critical facility components.
· Performs basic repairs and maintenance to non-critical facility components.
· Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) by following standard operating procedures; works under close supervision in responding to basic alarms.
· Normally receives detailed instructions on all work; works under close supervision.
 

Vendor Support

· Coordinates with vendors on standard operating procedures. 

Site Administration & Incident Support

· Supports basic site logs for permits, such as: Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts.

Work Orders & Additional Projects

· Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision.
· Assists in routine incident management requests.
 

Collaboration


· Provides assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities.
· Provides basic assistance to more senior staff on infrastructure projects; may shadow projects for learning.
 

Typical Degree & Years of Experience

· Typically requires a high school diploma and 1 year of equivalent work experience.
