About this role

The main objective of the PM/Scrum Master is to lead key projects for a variety of programs that include RPA/ML (Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning), Process Improvement, Data & Visualizations, Transition, Operations, using Agile methodology as much as possible and ensuring prompt communication between stakeholders as well as high quality on-time deliverables. As a key member of the GBS Delivery Planning and Execution organization,  the PM/Scrum Master will not be limited only to one program but can also participate in any key initiative for multiple programs.

What you’ll do

  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects with different levels of complexity and size. Projects assigned could belong to one single program or multiple.
  • Manage the project team, assigning individual responsibilities and developing the appropriate project plan to ensure the project will complete in the shortest but realistic time, keeping quality and following all the required control checkpoints.
  • Identify any possible roadblock in advance, and escalate as needed, to guarantee its resolution ahead of time avoiding potential impacts to the project as much as possible.
  • Ensure project activities, timeline, quality and budget meet what was planned.
  • Keep frequent and fluent communication with project sponsors, key stakeholders and GBS Leadership, to ensure projects are moving forward as expected, everyone is informed, blockers are getting resolved and more importantly, projects deliverables are meeting  business requirements.
  • Support Pipeline Management.

For technical projects:

  • Leverage project management methodology and expertise including planning, development, testing, implementation and hypercare.
  • Coordinate, manage and facilitate demos and production release(s)
  • Coordinate dry-runs and operational and technical readiness to ensure seamless transition to production.


What experience you need

  • BA Degree in Computer Engineering, System Information, Industrial Engineering or 7+ years of equivalent, demonstrated experience in technical project management.
  • +5 years experience in technical program management, with expert-level proficiency in implementing, scaling, and optimizing Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid methodologies across a portfolio of complex, concurrent software projects.
  • +5 years of hands-on experience managing the full end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering and architectural design through to CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and post-launch support..
  • +5 years experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.), specifically in configuring complex workflows, managing cross-team dependencies, and generating executive-level dashboards for resource, financial, and program tracking
  • English Proficiency B2

  • Highly collaborative leadership style, be able to quickly build rapport and engage managers and experienced professional staff.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving with an inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Business Leadership and technical teams as needed.
  • Change Management experience. 
  • Experience managing RPA/ML projects.
  • Be able to self-direct and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
