The Sales Solutions Director, Auto, is responsible for the overall generation of profitable revenue growth and client satisfaction between Equifax and assigned Auto Finance accounts. The Solutions Director is also responsible for leveraging Equifax's Enterprise Distribution Channel and Workforce Solutions Verification Services' unique solutions and analytics to solve for known and emerging client issues. This is a critical sales role within Equifax’s Workforce Solutions where you will serve as the sales specialist for our Automotive products. You will perform all functions of the sales lifecycle including hunting and identifying leads, performing demos, moving opportunities through the sales funnel, and ultimately closing the dea.

What you will do

  • You will deliver on revenue targets

  • Deeply understand the market, and the market problems we are solving.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients & prospects to drive sales

  • You will need to maintain opportunities in Salesforce

  • This position requires you to be a ‘hunter’; Demonstrated ability to develop new pipeline and cultivate prospects

  • Ability to build a pipeline from scratch; Identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Experience with driving sales through partners

  • Proven solutions-sales approach to work with clients to figure out appropriate solutions and value

  • Proven ability owning the sales process from lead to revenue.

  • Makes follow-up calls and conducts research to qualify sales leads.

  • Able to work in collaboration with sales team to target opportunities and cross-sell products.

  • Effectively lead assigned territory and maximizes business potential.

  • Builds and maintains prospective customer relationships.

  • You will enter prospect data and other sales data into Salesforce database, keeping it current.

  • You will work with internal marketing representatives to keep literature up to date.


What experience you need

  • 7-10 years successful service-based solution selling in a business-to-business environment dealing with senior management

  • BA strongly preferred

  • Ability to commit to up to 50% travel


What could set you apart

  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert on income and employment analytics (including TWN), bridging the gap between technical data and client ROI.
  • Intrinsic understanding of the lender’s perspective gained through previous experience in underwriting and loan buying strategies.
  • Consultative experience in helping Auto lenders refine their credit strategies to maximize profitable revenue.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 to $140,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 50%. The application window is anticipated to close on February 23, 2026. This date is a good faith estimate only and may be modified where necessary.
