We are seeking a data-driven Pardot Developer with 3–5 years of experience to lead the technical execution of our B2B marketing automation strategies. You will be responsible for building complex automation workflows, developing custom email and landing page templates, and ensuring seamless data synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver who can translate marketing goals into scalable automated solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Technical Asset Development: Build and maintain high-performing, mobile-responsive HTML/CSS templates for emails, landing pages, and forms.
  • Complex Automations: Design and implement advanced Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, and dynamic content to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on assets and technical QA on all automation logic before deployment.
  • Salesforce Integration: Manage and optimize the Pardot-Salesforce Connector, ensuring data mapping, custom object syncing, and lead assignment rules are functioning correctly.
  • Lead Management: Implement technical lead scoring and grading models to improve lead quality for the sales team.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Setup and manage Connected Campaigns, Google Analytics integration, and Pardot tracking code across web properties.
  • Data Hygiene: Perform regular database audits, manage opt-outs/unsubscribes, and ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.

What experience you need  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Web Languages: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (specifically for form validation and landing page customization).
  • Handlebars Merge Language (HML): Deep knowledge of using HML for advanced personalization within Pardot assets.
  • Salesforce Core: Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns).
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with B2B Marketing Analytics (Tableau CRM/CRM Analytics) is a significant advantage.
